Cat Mario is a form Mario can achieve in Super Mario 3D World. It is achieved through the collection of the Cat Bell.
This power-up allows Mario and the other characters to walk on walls and to execute fast-paced melee attacks both in the air and on the ground. It also allows the characters to walk up the Goal Poles.
The form's appearance varies throughout the characters. Mario wears a yellow cat suit, while Peach and Blue Toad wear pink and blue suits, respectively. Luigi's costume is a little different in physical appearance from the others's suits; his is green with spots and rounded out ears.
