Shelby is an enemy that appears in Kirby's Epic Yarn. They first appear in Dino Jungle and later make appearances in many other stages. They are orange snails that tote a blue shell on their back. They attack by ramming into Kirby, during which they are rendered invincible.After finishing the attack, they are momentarily stunned, and can be wrapped up and thrown like any other enemy.
Shelby's name is a pun on the word shell, and the name Shelby.
